What InsightQ is

InsightQ is an AI-powered service that processes your X/Twitter bookmarks into scored, prioritized intelligence — key takeaways, action items, and morning digests. By using InsightQ, you agree to these terms.

Beta disclaimer

InsightQ is currently in beta. Things may break, features may change, and there will be rough edges. We are building in public and iterating quickly. By using the beta, you accept that:

  • The service may experience downtime without advance notice.
  • Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
  • AI-generated insights are not guaranteed to be accurate — they are summaries and suggestions, not professional advice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Do not share your account or use someone else's account. You must be at least 13 years old to use InsightQ.

Acceptable use

Do not use InsightQ to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, or encourage others to do so.
  • Abuse, harass, or send spam to other users or InsightQ staff.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service beyond normal use.
  • Resell or redistribute InsightQ-generated content as a competing service.
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.

Common sense applies. If you would not want someone doing it to you, do not do it on our platform.

Your content

The bookmarks you share with InsightQ are yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process it only to provide the service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your bookmark content back to you — nothing more.

Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and in the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; reach out and we will be fair about it.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our infrastructure. If we terminate your account, we will tell you why.

Limitation of liability

InsightQ is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, especially during the beta period. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InsightQ.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • AI-generated insights may be inaccurate or incomplete — do not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions.

No guarantee of uptime

During the beta, we do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We will do our best, but scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur. We will try to give notice when possible, but sometimes things break unexpectedly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as InsightQ evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
